We apologize for the confusion. If buyer had contacted us prior to leaving a negative feeddback, we would have either sent the appropriate urbeats or offered a full refund. The two beats are so similar and must have gotten mixed up in our inventory. We humbly apologize, this matter could have been resolved between us and buyer had we known up front.
