You miss represented the item. You’re pictures did not clearly show the issues that were blatant upon receiving this lens. 1.) An internal element of the lens is clearly severely scratched with a spider web pattern. A simple light through the lens test shows this. Your description reads “This lens is in optically perfect condition.” It isn’t. 2.) The lens has clear and obvious white dots all along the outer rim of the glass. This is a known defect with the Minolta m-rokkor 28mm and I was searching for a clean and clear example of this lens, as there are some out there. You’re description reads “This is in exc cosmetic condition with just some marking on lens hood lugs where the hood has been on and off a few times.” Again, it isn’t. No mention of this very obvious cosmetic issue. Your pictures showed neither of these issues. I have photos of the lens and would attach them here if I could, showing you these issues. Your photos hid them and did not detail the issues. It is frustrating dealing with retailers who do this. It is a waste of my time and money. I am new to bonanza, coming from eBay where this is prevalent. So, yes my comment is late. But as I am new to this site, I didn’t know I could rate and reply until I received an email asking me to do so. These were blatant issues anyone knowledgeable of cameras and lenses should clearly see and disclose. It’s frustrating and disappointing to constantly have to deal with this while buying online gear. |
The Buyer did not contact us about this before leaving this review which is always recommended by Bonanza. As we are a professional honest company we have contacted the buyer to explain why as we always guarantee all items as per description so suspicious why he has had it for 2 weeks and now makes an unfair feedback when he got Exactly the item pictured - Most likely he Bought in Error for Wrong System so no Excuse for a bad feedback - please read all the other reviews showing our excellent customer service from over 10,000 item sales
