. We shipped and delivered without any shipping damage. This is a heavy piece of furniture that is assembled with multiple parts and requires professional assembly after delivery as per the guidelines of the manufacturer. The buyer did not hire professional assistance after delivery which is against the manufacturer’s guidelines. If there is an issue after delivery that is not covered by the FEDEX. Dont Buy from this Seller they gave this response to my creditcard company. They lied fraded and most of all if true can you imgine if you buy from them. They will lie then blame you. Dont do it. I will get this fixed in the end but the damge they di is unacceptable and dispickable. They dont care. Contact me I will send you pictures to prove this and the back and forth letters to my credit card. If they treaten you with a law suit go ahead they sell second hand opened stuff as new and then like when you recive it.
