As we've discussed Jamie; Your local Post Office left a ticket that you simply needed to sign less than ten days from the date of your order. It was nearly a week before you contacted them. They only hold items as it reads on the ticket for 3-5 days. We're sorry that you've had to wait but your signature alone would have prevented it. In order for us to try and identify where the breakdown occured and prevent it from occuring again. 2.
