This customer got his order on time. He ordered using economy/media mail and did receive his order within 10 business days as promised. We always respond quickly to our customers promptly and remember if you need something quickly be sure to use priority shipping, especially because of delays during this pandemic. Rest assured despite this customer’s false claim everything we have is our own inventory. Please see all of our other fantastic feedback which is a testament to our customer service. |

It's unfortunate that she decided to respond this way, and also tried to have my feedback deleted under false pretenses. She promised the item would ship on payment confirmation, which happened with the order. I waited 7 days before asking for an update, got nothing. Asked again a day later and got a response that she was "out of office". Finally asked again 10 days after the order and she finally replied and told me it was going to ship that day. |

Sometimes very old inventory takes awhile to locate. Apparently, this customer was not patient enough to wait for her $6.98 book. Life isn’t always fair. On the bright side at least for $6.98 it’s not like it was a kidney!
