You were refunded moments after your purchase because it was out of stock due to the huge Bonanza inventory glitch, which is completely out of my control. That is why you were immediately refunded and notified via email of the situation. So no, of course you did not get it. If I could magically create video games out of thin air that did not exist, I would not be selling on Bonanza, would I? |

Package was never lost. Customer purchase was older inventory which took time to locate. Offered immediate refund but buyer wanted us to continue searching for the item. The very next time he contacted us he threatened negative feedback, & we quote “I hate to leave negative feedback but I will if I don’t receive the cutie and my money back”, in an attempt to extort us for both the item & refund. Sorry we don’t cower to people trying to cheat the system in spite of Bonanza’s strict rule against it. So hence the negative because we refunded him but did not also reward him with a free item worth over $50 based on his extortion demand. |
The definition of a scam is someone taking your money. You have been fully refunded as soon as you let us know that you were not willing to wait a few extra days for your order. So please stop with your outdated ridiculous exaggerations.
