You are claiming that the film's color was soft, etc, we do not have anything to do with how the film was filmed and what film stock and lighting was used. This way it was film. All our title we acquire are from our inside studio contacts at studio archives who transfers all our titles directly from the original film reels for all our titles so their audio and video quality is the way they would have been seen during release of the title. Our rare titles never been remastered in any type of way, unless we indicate in our listing it is from a remastered source.

We send your order via first class mail which the tracking info was sent with the type of mail class that was used. Even the shipping label told you the name class that was used. We cannot help that you live in a US territory that have poor mail service.

We only receive the version from our supplier and we put all the info of all our titles like runtime which the customer should no if it is the version they are looking for by the runtime.

First of all this title is not a copy of a copy by us, because we receive all of our prints directly from our inside studio contacts, who provides us the best possible print one can get for our hard to find titles. They not going to compare to blu-ray or hd quaility but they still very good quality so one can still enjoy watching! Anyopne can tell by the screenshots of the title that the quality is very good, maybe not hd , but better than vhs and probably laserdisc quality at least!

If you had a defected disc you could have contact us to let us know and we have replaced the disc immediately. You the only customer out of 75 customers who bought this title and had a problem. Problems are to be solve which is our customer service motto!
