This is a clueless inexperienced seller who missed every opportunity given to him to correct his own mistakes, who will cost you a lot of time in dealing with him, and who will not understand why. Go elsewhere if your time is valuable.

This customer is a shame. The description clearly said 8-11 weeks. She gave negative feedback after 4 weeks without noticing seller.
