Sent customer email asking if for more info. Never heard back. I actually shut my bonanza store down for about 30 days as I just don't get it. I do a lot of buisness on here and almost no one leaves feedback excetp for the small percentage that have an issue and then they never communicate. very frustrating and I do not know how to solve |

This is the first I am hearing of this. Just sent you an email. Always willing to resolve but I must know about an issue in order to resolve. my shipping times are slower than most but my quality is always high, so this is odd to me |
Never received any emails from customer. Only made aware of situation when review posted. Reached out to customer. Customer seemed to not believe me. Claims I even replied but never forwarded any email when I asked, as I was worried perhaps I am not getting Bonanza emails. Customer seems fine with no remedy. I offered choices to customer and customer never engaged and sent a reply email stating they took offense to my wording in a second email follow up as the customer stopped engaging. Offered refund and /or exchange. Its a shame. Customer has a shirt they are not happy with and I have a neg review for something I never knew about
