Digital Goods Listing Policy

Bonanza considers "digital goods" to be any listing in the "Digital Goods" category or subcategories that includes an attached digital file or emailed code which buyers will download after a successful purchase. These listings are "digitally delivered."

You may list your digitally delivered goods on Bonanza as long as you follow these guidelines:

  • Your item must be listed in the "Digital Goods" category or one of its subcategories.
  • Your listing clearly states that you legally own the content or are authorized to sell it by the owner, the owner's authorized agent, or the law.
  • Your items cannot include or contain any digital version of textbooks, testing materials, instructor solution manuals, test banks, or related copyrighted works.
  • Your items cannot include or be of any type of sexually-oriented, adult, or pornographic content.
  • Your item cannot include software that would damage anyone's computer, could be used for malicious purposes like sending spam emails or spreading a computer virus, or would violate anyone's privacy (spyware or cookies, for example).
  • You may not list digital goods that require additional software in order to be purchased.
  • You may not require a buyer to leave the site to complete their transaction or confirm their identity.
  • Orders must be fulfilled within the stated handling timeframe.

Failure to follow these guildelines may result in having the listing removed, your buying and selling privileges restricted, and/or your account being suspended.
