Please insure all returned goods for the full retail price. We cannot be responsible for items which are lost in shipment when being returned. Returns should be shipped via UPS / FedEx or insured Parcel Post to the address below. We recommend UPS / FedEx be used on high value items. If you ship via the post office, we suggest delivery confirmation with a signature required.

Your name, shipping address, email address and phone number (optional).

All defective or DOA returns must be returned in the condition they were received in.
