In 1985 the company decided to give back by starting Wacoal America—a move that also proved it could compete with the country that inspired it. In 2009, Wacoal created b.tempt’d, a lingerie brand designed to show off Wacoal’s youthful side. If Wacoal wanted to appear even more useful, they could design a line of footie pajamas.
