I bought this Omron 10 Series wrist blood pressure monitor for travel, because we already own an Omron 10 Series arm blood pressure monitor. And have found the arm monitor to be very accurate. This wrist unit consistently reads the systolic high compared to the Omron arm unit and side-by-side with arm and wrist units at the doctor's office and Pulmonary Rehab.

I will keep it for travel and for use in the RV and just know the systolic reading is falsely high.
