I have been using the present jar for over two years and it still works fine. I just ordered a new one because this one looks so ratty and I have stuck the battery tabs all over it. I am going on a trip where my relatives will see the jar and thought a new one would be more appropriate. I am certain that the new one will be as good, and I will look forward to using it for a long time. I do recommend this product to a lot of people because we live in a very humid climate and humidity ruined my first hearing aids and hearing aids aren’t cheap.
