• You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
• To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Product Quality and Shipping Damages

Non-Defective Returns

• If you decide to return an item that is not defective or damaged, we will gladly accept it; however, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge for the return shipment.
• Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, allowing it to be resold.

Refund Process

• Refunds for returned orders will be processed once we receive the package and confirm that the product is undamaged and in a resellable condition.

• For the quickest service, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

• Customers shipping to the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to the item being in the same condition as received.
