1936 Antique Postcard QSL Card W3FLU from STEVEN PAKYZ?

Unique ink drawing Vintage Cartoon Art of a stylized house with a very steep roof, and if you are old enough to remember that years ago, many businesses (Stuckey's) painted their signs on the roof of their business, and farmers often sold roof space and the sides of their barns for advertising. (which would surely be shot down by most zoning and sign ordinances now days).

Across the top of the roof is written: "W3BKX FRANKFORD" and crossed off leaving only the words "RADIO CLUB"  (We have several cards from members of the "Frankford Radio Club", which, by the style of their cards, seemed like a pretty fun group).

What is interesting is that the antenna extends on a pole on the front of the house, with a wire running to a pole in the ground, perhaps at the street, and what appears to be a "ladder" antenna running from one of the front windows to the wire stretched over the top of the house.

It is curious that the front door appears to be falling off and the with a crooked stovepipe it is almost reminiscent of a "clubhouse" build by the little Rascals.

The handwritten information is dated Jan 1, 1936 (Upper left corner of front of card), and hand signed at the bottom by: "Steve".

Printed in a green (overlay printing) are the call letters W3FLU in the center, and the address in Philadelphia, PA in the upper right corner and the name "Steven Pakzy" Opr in the bottom right corner.

Along the bottom edge reads : "Riuse Printing House, Mutter St., Phila.

The back (address side) is postmarked Jan 7, 1936 in Philadelphia PA 11 It is a blank card (not pre-printed).
The handwritten address is curious as the ends of the letters appear rounded, like a felt tip pen, not a fountain ink pen.

CONDITION: Overall in fair condition. No pin holes, tears or creases. Some smudging along bottom edge, either from being postmarked or from being in a shoe-box for the past 75 years.

All four corners are intact, and only show slight signs of wear, minor discoloration.
The 1 cent Franklin postage stamp is in fair condition, is readable and intact, and only minor smudging from the postal mark at the edges of the perforations.
