Interesting personal message along address side left edge seems to complain about certain other radio amateurs and reads;

Sound like a little bit of history here.
CONDITION; Cream/tan colored card shows only very slight wear on edges and corners, and has no pin holes.
Although discolored from being displayed and stored, the printing, postmark and handwritten messages are clear, and the postage stamp is undamaged.
One notable point about the postage stamp is that is was torn from a sheet of stamps (all four edges are perforated, although a bit off center from the perforations.
