1932 George Washington green 1 cent Stamp 1732-1932 East Facing 
 
Postcard features Vintage cartoon drawing of mailman delivering mail, signed by W8EA- Otto Eppers.
 
 Aside from his Famous Cartoon Art and Ham Radio cartoon art, Eppers is most famous for jumping off the Brooklyn Bridge and then emerged from the East River unscathed, in 1910, at the age of 17.  
 
He later worked for the Harry "A" Chesler studio's Chesler Publications, and Timely Comics and worked as an American cartoonist and illustrator active from the 1920s to 1950s.
 But is best known for his QSL Ham Radio Card Cartoon Art.

Hand written date: October 31, 1932. Nice example of penmanship before the invention of ballpoint pens. 
Address side has clear postmark Bellmore, NY 1932 with 1 cent Rare Washington postage sheet stamp, (facing to the right) addressed to Camden, NJ
 
Condition: Shows wear and creases at edges, top edge shows most wear, pin holes at all four corners, one top corner worn off, tan card stock
Would be nice addition for Vintage cartoon or vintage comic collection, QSL Card collection or stamp collector.
