✅ Magnolia Kobus is a broadly conical, deciduous tree with narrowly obovate, aromatic, mid-green leaves and goblet- or saucer-shaped white flowers in mid-spring. Flowers are followed by pink fruit that split to reveal scarlet seeds. This plant is 15-22 inches tall and thrives in U.S.D.A. hardiness zones 4-7.

✅ Magnolia Kobus grows to approximately 39 feet tall and 23 feet wide at a moderate rate. It blooms from April to May and is hermaphroditic, containing both male and female reproductive organs. Pollinated by beetles, it adapts to sandy, loamy, and clay soils with well-drained, moist conditions. It also withstands atmospheric pollution.

✅ During summer (May through September), the plant is sent in a container with soil. Leaves may be removed or trimmed to reduce water loss during transit.

✅ During dormancy (October through April), the plant is sent bare-root with roots wrapped in wet media to ensure safe transit.

✅ Plants are sent via First-Class Mail within the United States and internationally. Combined mailing is available upon request. International orders are sent soilless, with bare roots wrapped in wet wood shavings for safe long-distance travel.

✅ Your order will arrive in good condition. If any issues occur upon receiving the order, contact us the same day with a detailed description and photos so we can assist you.
