Includes heavyweight Card insert (sticky tacked to page) designed as a postcard for mailing, with photos of of T.J. Houshmandzadeh, Wide Receiver / Cincinatti, advertising "REAL" at NFLPAYERS dot Com (see scanned picture).
Backside of card (we were unable to scan for fear of damaging the pages) is plain white, with an area to print a "TO" mailing address, in the upper right corner in small grey print the words"Postage Required" where thye postage stamp would be placed.
On the upper left corner of the backside is a quote by T.J which says in part: "Real is being yourself. I'm the same person everyday. at least I try to be....etc. ~~~~ "Be who you are. That's real to me.
The bottom left corner of the backside of the card features the NFL PLAYERS Logo
Aside from the obvious collectible postcard insert, the Card Trade" magazines have indispensable information and insights for any collector or new Card Trade retailer.
CONDITION: Unread. Near mint. Front cover has slight crease, minor curling at bottom right corner and small ding on bottom edge. Inside pages are clean and not marked.

Some items require additional packing materials to make sure the item arrives to you without damage, which adds to the handling cost and shipping weight. Unless damaged by carrier, non-refundable shipping costs include packaging, packing materials, shipping supplies, postage, fees.
COMBINING MULTIPLE PURCHASES TO SAVE ON SHIPPING COSTS
E-Mail me a list of items you are interested in purchasing, along with your Zip Code or your Country and Postal Code and we will calculate the lowest possible shipping costs. Just make sure the shipping address for all orders are the same.
I ship promptly, usually within 4 to 24 hours after payment clears.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I do ship to international destinations, including UK, Canada, Netherlands, Australia the at calculated by weight, via US Postal International Priority Mail. (Import fees, taxes and customs fees are not included, and may be payable on delivery)
RETURNS, REFUNDS and DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
All sales are final, except if damaged in transit of course.
If your item has been damaged by the carrier, before returning your item, please take photos of the item and damaged packaging, and save the damaged packaging and all packing materials. Contact me and send photos to me within 3 days (not counting weekends and Holidays of course) Full refunds will be paid after carrier claim has been filed and upon return of the item(s), if applicable.
I am not a business, and returns are costly for me. But, I do my best to describe items as accurately as possible, and note any flaws or damage, and Photos are of the actual item you will receive. In many cases I have been able to scan the item, and zoom in on flaws, for a more accurate close-up detail of the item's condition.
