1932 Vintage Cartoon Art Postcard QSL Card W8BHG Wheeling WV

Classic tan card stock QSL Card hand dated December 26, 1932, postmarked December 30, 1932
Features classic Amateur Radio Operator QSL Cartoon art of a bald man, in a suit vest with his sleeves rolled up tapping away in Morse code. 
The cartoon character, I think it reminds me of of a Daddy Warbucks -who was a popular character of that era).
 
Although this card has suffered some damage, it is still a good example of 1930 cartoon art and QSL cards, and, just in case perhaps a relative or descendant of James or someone collecting history of the Ohio Valley or the Radio Club would find it a small piece of a puzzle filling gaps in an historical timeline.
 
CONDITION: Postage Stamp has been removed, and if looking at the front of the card the upper right corner has been torn away.
There are pin holes in both bottom corners. Cartoon art is clear, and card is not smudged or discolored.
