1930 Vintage Cartoon Art Postcard, QSL Card W3GAI 
 
A classic QSL postcard featuring a nice art Deco border, and three unique cartoon art drawings, two featuring a cat drawn in the cartoon style of the 1930;s and a third small drawing of a man talking on his radio.
 
Sent by "Edwin Kephart" Oper, who did not include any QSO information, and the postcard bears no stamp or postmark, so it is likely it was mailed in an envelope with a letter, most probably because the return address in "Pembroke, NJ" is crossed off and handwritten below that is  "DELAIR" 
 
The back (address side) only has a typed return address to Deliar, NJ.
 
CONDITION: Fair condition, no pinholes, tears or major damage. Shows signs of wear and discoloration at edges and corners. A wrinkle crease runs from the top center to the bottom right of the card, but the integrity of the card is intact.
There is a thumbprint smudge on the right edge (address side), which is also on the left edge (front).
