RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
All items are NEW with tags and/or in original manufacturers packaging. (we do not accept returns and then resell them as new).
All sales are final, except for damaged/flawed goods.

Please check your size carefully. We can not accept returns for size exchanges, all sizes may not be available.

We do our best to inspect each item, but sometimes a flaw will get past us. If you feel that item was not as described, or contains flaws that we did not discover before shipping, please contact us before submitting negative comments.

RETURNS AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

If your shipment is damaged when it arrives, Please contact us by e-mail within three (3) business days, (not counting the day your shipment arrived, weekends or Holidays). 


It is a good idea to take photographs of the damaged package and any damages to the contents, and send them to us in an e-mail.

If you request your package to be insured, the insurance purchased covers the recipient (you), so if your shipment is insured, and the carrier is at fault for the damage(s), the carrier is responsible for paying you for your loss.
