Payment

Payments are due 5 days after an sale closes or immediately for "buy it now" items. We realize that sometimes an emergency arises, for such occasions we ask that buyers communicate with us to work out a reasonable solution. Any payment not received on time with no communication gives us as seller the right to void transaction, relist, or sell to another buyer.

Shipping

We ship within 24-36 hours of purchase. Purchases made on Friday/Saturday may not ship until Monday. Shipments may be delayed or take longer to arrive during major holidays, especially Christmas.  Our main shipping carriers are USPS and FedEx Smart Post.

Terms of Sale

We do accept returns with certain stipulations, simply because we are building a trust between buyer and seller. If the item is damaged, we ask that you let us know immediately, then return the item within 14 days.

If you've kept the item for a while (say 1-2 weeks), we have no problem accepting it back within the next 14 days as long as it is in the same condition as when received...including any tags, papers, ornaments, special boxes, etc.

With the exception of damaged goods, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged for any item(s) returned after 14 days, refunds will be minus the original cost of shipping regardless of return date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
