• Charge with any source of light (direct flashlight or sunlight works great) and will glow up to 24 hours dependent on how you excite the particles.

 INSTRUCTIONS

• Mix thoroughly 
• Shake well.
• NO NEED TO OVER DO IT - A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY
• Let settle and dry for 30 minutes.
• Seal with a clear coat or clear nail polish (IF YOU PREFER). This will ensure that your paint stays on.
• Charge with any light source
