I have a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder that the serpentine belt started squealing. I changed it, and it still squealed loudly. I cleaned my pulleys with wire brush and painted the shinny spots on pulleys.  I changed my tensioner pulley and idler pulley, still squealed a LOUD squeal.
I tried pulley spray, brake cleaner, STP, brake fluid, wd40, hair wax.  None would last for more than 3 days, and the squeal was back.
