This unique Poppy flower designed plate is in excellent condition.  There is a piece of masking tape residue on the back side which will be addressed upon the sale of said piece.  It is clearly marked THOMAS SEVRES BAVARIAN in a blue stamp.  Signed HONG on the front of the plate.  The colors on this plate are vivid, bright, no marring anywhere on the plate, no chips, cracks, flea bites anywhere.  If you are into art this is the plate for you.
