This TIGGER is a hollow plastic weighted bottom … ROLLY POLLY … which rocks back and forth but wont fall down...just like the weebles wobbles like we had for our kids back in the 80's.  These are brand new still with the stickers on the backs.  Might have surface scratches from being loaded and unloaded in the moving boxes.  But they are not destroyed.
