The American Bowling Congress (ABC) was formed foremostly by Moses Bensinger in 1895 with an all-male membership but beginning in 1993, women were permited to join. The Women's International Bowling Congress (WIBC)was formed by a group of 40 women in 1916 and up until 2004 served as a partner organization of the ABC.

Embroidered patch is new and measures 3-3/4" x 2".
