Beautiful plate from CT Altwasser and marked "Silesia" .  Excellent condition Gold around plate shows a wear.  See pictures please.  Decorated with Pink Roses.  Raised white paint for added detail.  Great Color with Gold trim on brim.  5 3/4" in diameter.  There is a number 27 printed in gold on the back of the plate.
