This very lovely open ended Heart Ring which was owned by Albina and consecrated with a spell taught to Albina many years ago by a Witch named Miranda who was a "Coven Sister" of Albina's. This spell is a very potent and highly powerful spell called "Diminish the Fire". According to Albina, this particular spell assists in "extinguishing the internal 'fire' that exists in one's subconscious mind". This "fire" consists of all of the stored and unresolved feelings that we have experienced that cause us to become "bound emotionally". To explain further, Albina says that her friend wisely choose to create a spell that "opens one's intellectual capacity and sense of peace" by ridding one of this 'fire' that burns within" which is made up of unresolved emotions such as: anger, resentment, jealousy, feelings of abandonment, inferiority, lack of self worth and pain. She goes one to explain that these " deep recesses of negative emotions" can cause great difficulty by creating a "mental obstacle" that many of us have no idea exists! Also, one can also develop diseases because of the stress that such a store of emotions brudens the mind and body with. She says that most people "put off and ignore" ever simply acknowledging this "inner fire' because they don't wan't to face the flood of emotions that they have pushed into their deep subconscious. She and her friend, Miranda, agreed that too often those who sought their help seemed to have problems because they never could let go of what they had negatively experienced or what they had incorrectly been taught. As a result, these individuals were living lives with illnesses, fears, and great challenges that they never connected to these deeply hidden emotional "poisons".
