This is a Vintage Sesame Street TALKING SHAKING TICKLE ME BIG BIRD Stuffed Animal Toy. Made by TYCO in 1996. It is 12 inches tall in standing position. Squeeze him and he laughs, shakes, then says, "That's funny." It is in Good Condition. The plush is CLEAN! No tears or stains. His left eye has some wear on the edges, shown in pictures below.
