If you plan on canning or freezing this year, this is a great little guide. Tips on freezing and/or canning just about everything you can think of. Pages of canning recipes for all canning methods (fresh pack, water bath, pressure cooker- all in there) Apple-Blueberry conserve, Spiced Peach Butter, Fig Pickles, Cured and Brined Dill Pickles, Quince Preserves are a few I noticed. Tips on canning meats and how to make it work out safely. CONDITION: Good Used. The cover has shelf wear and soiling to back cover mainly. The back cover and inside cover is orange and the orange seems to rub off easily- as it is has rubbed onto the page opposite it on the inside and rubbed off some of back cover. Aside from the orange rubbing and the shelf wear it is clean and tight. Perfect for use. No writing found and no tears found. No food splatters or anyting like that. From my smoke free home.
