This is a used Original BMW part. It is for vehicles with manually adjustable steering column but will work on vehicles with fixed or power adjust columns. The color is Ultramarine Blue, BMW factory interior upholstery code 395. The color is nice and consistent. All mounting points are intact. There are no cracks. Guaranteed good working condition.
