A clear folk art design appears in the punched copper technique.  Originally this piece was created to hold  a stoneware mug, but it can feature a votive candle.  It is recognized as an accessory piece in the 1970's Village line by Pfaltzgraff USA.  An original foil label is found on the bottom. Finish displays normal wear and greenish discoloration common for copper.  Measures 3 5/8" diam crimped base X 3" tall X 2 3/4" diam body.
