For your consideration is a set of Czechoslovakia china dinnerware. This is made by Thun and is the Carlton pattern. A beautiful white background, with flowers on a blue band and floral swags. It has a gold trim. No chips or cracks.
This piece is 8" wide and 10" wide with the handles and 2 1/2" deep. There are two small chip looking areas on the rim of the bowl part, however they are shiny like the gloss. So small that I could not get a picture. May have been a manufacturing flaw. Total height is 5" with the lid handle and the pedestal.
