This is a PartyLite Brass Taper Holder. It is very heavy. The base is covered with felt to avoid scratching your furniture. The taper holder fits any standard taper and measures approx 4.5" in height and 3.5 inches in diameter at the base; it is about 2.5 inched in diameter at the top. This taper holder does not include the original packaging This item comes from the collection of my late Mother who was a PartyLite dealer for many years.
