This vintage softcover book of song lyrics is in good used condition. There is some staining to the pages as well as bent corners and slight discoloration.  A name and address is stamped in ink on the front and back covers.

SING OUT...With County Trust's Album of Your All-Time Favorites is a 15 page book of popular songs from the 1940s and earlier.  It was produced by The County Trust Co. - Westchester's Bank - and stamped by Stanley J. Rice of Yonkers, New York.  

The book contains 130 songs with lyrics only.
