This stunning, handmade wooden train set appears to be made of pine. It is unfinished so it may be left in its original rustic state...or customize it to your taste. The pieces attach by functioning silvertone hooks and all wheels turn smoothly. It is roughly "O" gauge (just a bit smaller) and therefore on a scale with Department 56 and the like. This set is a model of superior craftsmanship - highly detailed and exquisitely designed.

- Log Car - measures 5"L x 2"H x 1.75"W
- Caboose - measures 5"L x 4"H x 1.75"W
- Station / Store - measures 16.5"L x 7"H x 8"W
- Hand cart - measures 2.25"L x 1.25"H x 0.75"W
- Tunnel with double roof (historically accurate - this design was originally used in earlier times to allow smoke to escape the tunnel without allowing rainwater in.) measures 10.75"L x 8.5"H x 3.75"W
- Two sections of track - each measures 10"L x 1"H x 3.25"W
