This vintage softcover songbook is in good+ used condition. The covers show some wear and a rip of less than 1" at the bottom of the binding.  Some upper page corners are bent and there are pencil notations on some pages.

The 54 page book is a piano songbook for elementary players; it contains 49 melodies for the young student.
