We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses unless we are contacted ahead of time and it is authorized. Keep in mind there is a surcharge to ship to these types of addresses.
Packages of high value require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that you are at the ship address to sign for the package.

The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver to your address. We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left our warehouse. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect.

Refunds will be made through PayPal. Diamonds, colored stones and jewelry are inspected upon receipt prior to any refunds, exchanges or credits being made. Merchandise that does not match product data in our records will be returned or refused.
We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. If there is any problem with the item please contact us. We solve all issues. Before returning an item you must contact customer service to obtain a return approval (RMA number). New items can be returned for a money refund or a replacement/exchange item. To be eligible for a return the items must be in the exact same condition as we sent them and in the original box. All internal packing materials, instruction manuals and all additional items and accessories must also be included in its original condition.
Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Please make sure we authorized your return.
