This belt buckle was part of my antique store / resale store inventory back in 2003 - 2005.  I sold the building and my inventory has been stored in my basement storage area since then.  I did flea markets during the weekends so this buckle has been out in the elements.  It does need a good buffing and cleaning.  Other then that it is in good used condition.  Very heavy.  It measures 3 1/8 inches wide x 2 1/6 inches tall.
