Vintage Cute Duck Wind Up Walking Toy by Tomy.  Copyright 1977.   2 1/4"  tall.  Not cracked, chipped, and good surface ... nice and clean  (See photos.)  Feet do move and work but only walks a few steps, minimal power. (See photos.)  Great memorabilia and decoration.
