Here I have a Vintage metal restaurant style napkin holder.  It has the AMERICAN METALCRAFT name on the bottom and the #ND568 item number on the bottom.  This I believe is a discontinued item as it is not listed in their inventory anymore.  This one has the two sided to it and you just tuck the napkins inside the holder.  A great item for a bar or just to have on the table when you have messy foods like pizza to eat.  It is not dented in any places.  It does have minor surface scratches though.

The napkin holder measures 7 1/8 inches tall (including the rubber feet that is attached to the bottom) x 3 3/4 inches wide x 4 1/2 inches thick.  The inside measurements are 6 1/2 inches tall x 3 1/4 (measuring how wide of a napkin will fit in the slot.  The spring in it works like it should.  I hope you enjoy this wonderful item.
