This booklet is original … says information expires 1 October 1976.  I acquired these back in 2000.  The booklet is in great condition, no odors, and not falling apart.  The booklet has 188 pages of information 5 page for notes.  That pages that are blank have no writing on then at all.  

The photos show what plants this booklet was meant for.  The unions mentioned were 450, 94, 865, 81, 79, 74, 434, 838.
