I BELIEVE THIS VEST TO BE A YOUTH OR YOUNG CHILDS SIZE.  IT MEASURES 13 INCHES FROM ARMPIT TO ARMPIT...7 INCHES IN DIAMETER FROM THE SHOULDER SEAM THROUGH THE OPENING IN THE ARMS...5 INCH OPENING AT THE NECK...13 INCHES ACROSS AT THE BOTTOM...AND 14 INCHES FROM THE NECK DOWN TO THE BOTTOM.  

IT IS IN PREVIOUSLY WORN CONDITION.  NO RIPS OR HOLES.  THE ONLY ISSUE WOULD BE THE INSIDE LINER HAS A STAIN OF SOME KIND.  COULD COME OUT IF WASHED OR DRY CLEANED.
