An interesting vintage mug that was originally purchased in Washington, DC in the 1980s.  Apparently celebrating Ling Ling and Hsing Hsing, two giant pandas acquired earlier by the Smithsonian National Zoo.  Or the mugs could have perhaps been marking the first time the two pandas mated in 1983.  A particularly valuable slice of Americana since both pandas have passed away.

The mug is 3.5 inches tall and 4.5 inches wide at the handle and weighs 12 ounces.

The mug is in new condition having never been used (only displayed or stored) and is it without cracks, chips or crazing..   Buy it today for your collection or just for everyday use.
