--Scarce first issue (only 9 examples on CGC census as of 5-5-22, with 5 graded higher).......CGC label doesn't list any negative comments and reads  off white to white pages...Comic has some tanning on back cover (not as dark as some pics show) .....The plastic slab is in nice shape--no chips or cracks or  heavy scratches.....Any pictures of the raw comic were taken before sending the comic to CGC---the comic is still in the CGC slab...
