Able Spacer is a popular valved inhalation chamber that facilitates the use of pMDI medication. Able Spacer and Positive Whistle Mask are made from a low-static transparent plastic, which incorporates anti-microbial silver ion technology; this protects against contamination and inhibits microbial growth. A visible valve movement makes it easier for parents or carers to observe and confirm correct inhalation and actuation and now features a two-way valve, operating at less than  10L/min. Positive Whistle Mask, unlike negative whistles, helps to provide standardised guidance for delivering full lung dosage, irrespective of pMDI resistance. Positive Whistle Mask also works with Rafi-Tone App, a child engagement tool.
