Vinyl plays nicely (play-graded). 12" Single. Cover looks good; a few creases near edges; moderate scuffing, tiny surface abrasions, and surface impressions (front/back); "164" written near bottom-right on front. Inner-sleeve is original (generic white); bottom seams partially split. Spine is mostly easy-to-read with wear. Some shelf-wear along side-edges; wear to corners. Top opening is crisp with signs of some use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)
Lean on Me is a song written and recorded by American singer-songwriter Bill Withers. It was released in April 1972 as the first single from his second album, Still Bill. Numerous other versions have been recorded, and it is one of only nine songs to have reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with versions recorded by two different artists. Thelma Houston's version was used in the film Lean on Me and was Nominated in 2004 AFI's 100 Years...100 Songs.
